Why put off anything that is good for you? There will never be a perfect day to start getting healthy. It could be a regular ole' Monday that you start and when you get to work, find out that there is a surprise retirement party being thrown for your co-worker. Will you still stick to your plans or decide that you can always put it off until tomorrow instead?

It's funny that your brought this up today. Firday I finally decided to do a 1 week fruits, nuts and veggie meal plan for the last week of camp.
