ReplyDeleteGreat job Paola! I am inspired to continue on this journey of Raw, or at least most of the time! I am seeing the benefits and have two more days on my 30 day and loving the energy, clarity, and results. This works and you don't want to eat burgers and such because it does not agree with you after you have been treating yourself so well with Raw eating. You are another fine example of the great guidance Naples Fitness Bootcamp has to offer!
