ReplyDeleteI want to thank everyone for their words of encouragement. I was having a difficult time last night with just craving junk and did not follow the RAW. I turned on my computer and read all of the words of encouragement and I was able to tell those cravings and that negative voice Out, damn'd thought! Out (Sorry about the swear Joy I will give you 10 on Monday). Your words also helped me this week when I was at work and it was slow I can’t thank you all enough for them. Since Jessica left us with a quote I will leave you with one of my favorites.
