We are in a microwave society right now and fast is the word people are drawn to. It is a misconception that eating well takes longer to prepare or cook. It actually takes longer when you are eating junk because you never really feel satisfied and end up eating boxes of stuff. Then when your body starts to deteriorate you spend even more TIME sitting at the Doctors' office.

The Trap

You never want to only do Jumping Jax everyday because you know how to do them. It is variety in foods that gives us the maximum benefit. Grocery tip
Oh the deception! It just makes me upset that the food industry plays on buzz words and marketing to trick us into eating foods that are unhealthy and addictive. No wonder people are filling their pantries and refridgerators with what they think are acceptable foods but still are not losing weight. The good news is once you know what to look for, it will make shopping easier.

Everyone has a winning spirit inside of them. Unfortunately some people do not realize it. It is so easy to quit and what do you get at the end of the quitting game? Nothing. What do you get at the end of the winning game? Benefits. If you only stuck around for the benefits, you would not ever quit on something you desired. If you only knew how sweet victory was or how you were sooooo close to achieving your victory. Once you win at 1 thing you realize it was not even as hard as you imagined and you go for more. I was addicted to sugar for years and I will NEVER be a slave to it again! People think the word addicted is too harsh, but the truth can hurt. If you feel like you have to eat or drink a certain thing every single day then you my friend are addicted. Sugar goes by many different names now and is in many foods and beverages. Be cautious and make healthy food choices that do not come with the many consequences as sugar.
