The Trap


Many people get caught up in the trap of becoming creatures of habit. You never want to eat the same thing daily because it is simple or easy to grab. You never want to only do Jumping Jax everyday because you know how to do them. It is variety in foods that gives us the maximum benefit. It is the variety in exercises that causes the body to sculpt and the brain to not get bored. Get optimum health by adding variety.
