The subconscious will assist you in what you plan for. If you keep buying the larger size clothes that are not your goal, you are telling the subconscious that you really do not plan to shrink your size. Your mouth, thoughts, actions and visuals have to all scream the same thing.

ReplyDeleteI understand the concept and while I agree, I think it is daunting for most of us to read, "Buy a Size 2." Most of us will NEVER be a size 2, nor should we be. I guess I am disappointed to see "Size 2" in print when most of us feel "not good enough" to begin with when it comes to our physical selves. Buying a size smaller or encouragement to be the best size for your body type would be more motivating to me. I feel disappointed knowing I will never and can never be a Size 2.
ReplyDeleteEbibwy, that just shows you have a mindset issue. Let me give you an example: Person A is very poor and resents rich people. Everytime he sees a nice sportscar drive past him as he walks, he feels sick and tells himself life isn't fair and that it is impossible for him to make more than minimum wage. Person B is very poor but loves to meet rich people and asks them lots of questions to get into their brains to collect nuggets of information. He tells himself that one day he will be a millionaire. Through hard work, determination and faith he ends up becoming very wealthy and wow maybe even a millionaire.
ReplyDeleteClearly, you misunderstand my point. Some of us, stripped of all weight, skin and muscle are not capable of being a Size 2. OUR SKELETONS are bigger than a size 2. People should strive to be their best, healthiest selves. Starving yourself to be a 2 when your best HEALTHY body size is a 6 is ridiculous. In fact, physicians agree that if you MUST be 10 pounds overweight or 10 pounds underweight, being 10 pounds overweight is better for your body. Encouragement for us to be our ideal weight is much more appropriate than encouragement for us to be a certain size.

I NEVER said to starve yourself. I NEVER said that everyone should be a size 2. If you watch the video I specifically state that more than likely that may not be your goal and that is ok but to buy the pants anyway (not to ever wear them but to let mentally let your brain know that you are planning to lose weight to get to your most fit body). I am glad you made your point in case someone else misunderstood as well.
