  2. Amy i am so proud of you. I can tell by the video that you do have the will power to stay on course to keep loosing weight. Like Joy said it is all about setting your mind. Don't let your body control your mind, train your mind to control your body. Keep up the good work your goal is near and your future is healthy.

  3. You are so tough to allow yourself that type of accountability! That takes guts, girl! Way proud of you! Just remember, we are all in this together...I, too, have those cravings...we can do this together!

  4. Oh my gosh, Amy! I am so proud of you. Oftentimes, we allow our mind to lie to us, to tell us that we are not on track, that for whatever reason, we don't deserve good results. But, as they say, (and forgive me for the food reference) the proof truly is in the organic pudding! There's no doubt that the system is working for you on the outside. Take charge of those brain cells! Keep up the good work!

  6. I want to thank everyone who has posted, said to me directly, or sent thoughts of encouragement to me during my journey in “loosing booty gaining beauty.” I think it is not so much as gaining beauty by realizing and taking ownership of my “beauty” that is already there in all of us. I just have been hiding it to long under a protective layer of fat. I never thought I would make this journey in such a public manner but Joy has a way of getting you to overcome your FEAR and doing things you never thought you would do or were capable of doing. I love quotes and this is one a high school teacher shared with me and it has remained one of my favorites, "Far better it is to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs even though checkered by failure, than to rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy nor suffer much because they live in the gray twilight that knows neither victory nor defeat." - Theodore Roosevelt
    With Much Gratitude,
    Amy (AKA aspiritmoose)

  9. Hi I was in Shi' Salon yesterday and stated that I would look on your site. I love it. I've been whining this whole year and my weight has really increased. I have a legitimate excuse because I'm dealing with health issues that don't allow me to be as mobile as I would like. But starting today I'm a winner so I've chosen to begin a walking routine today.... I'll keep you posted
