Is Living Healthy So Rare, That It's Extreme?

I get sick of people who choose to live healthy getting the friggin 3rd degree from unknowledgeable, irresponsible and sometimes even overweight people. The same people who eat fried/junk foods,sugar and caffeine become overnight nutritionists and want to ask a person doing a 30-day raw, where are they getting their protein from? They all of a sudden care about the safety of their fellow "extreme" health conscious friend. Give me a break! If you really care about your health, find out what healthy people are doing and do it!

  1. I agree. The number one question is " Where do you get your protein from"? I think people are trying to get you to stop what your doing by trying to find a reason to say it doesn't work, even though your results are blowing them away.

    I so hate this!

    my boss just came in my cubicle this am (while I was getting out some oats I made that had a banana, coconut butter, flax seeds...etc and she was like, OH I just wanted to see what wierd thing you were eating today....

    So I began to tell her what was in it and what it was good for and she walked on out...

    oh well, it was delish and fabulous and I felt good all morning!

  3. Love it! I too got the protien question over and over. I also got comments and questions as if what I was doing was extreme, even in the other health club I work in, by the people who work there. I am living by the four pillars and it works. When people wonder how to do this, I say HOW??? H.O.W. Be Honest (with yourself) Open (openmindedness is key) Willing (willing to be teachable and give up "your way" )
