  4. Martina is awesome! I hope to still be that amazing when I grow up! ;)

    And yes, she is so correct. The more natural and plant based, the better. I eat smart at least 80% of the time, but when I have those little periods that find me back with the burgers, fries and sugar drinks, I sooooo feel a difference in my performance and energy levels. Great advice, Martina! ;)
