Cheat Days or Cheat Meals

Some people feel as if they need a cheat day or meal to help them stay sane while eating healthy. However, I am here to tell you that you should PROCEED WITH CAUTION if doing so. You will be creating a habit within your taste buds and subconcious to desire more and more of its kind. If you decide not to have cheats, you will have withdrawal symptoms for weeks and your subconcious will try to talk you into consuming them again. Each time you resist, the voice(subconcious) will get smaller and smaller until it loses its power. Remember:The reward is in eating healthy, not in eating cheats.
