Confession Time With JG

Many people do not believe that there are huge consequences to listening to "the voice of doom". The voice that tells you why you deserve the junk food. The voice that tells you it is ok in "moderation". The voice that tells you everybody else is enjoying it, so you shouldn't deprive yourself. This is an example of how even the strong can fall prey if they listen to "the voice of doom". Stay tuned as we support and follow JG on her journey back to her healthy lifestyle.

  1. Go, JG, Go!!! I was so inspired by JG's story. My biggest fear right now is day 31! It's so helpful to hear someone's story who has been there and done exactly what I have done time and time again. Hearing that JG is just like me (which I never would have guessed from seeing her at Bootcamp) has made me that much more committed not to fall off the wagon!

  3. Thank you JG for your honesty. I am someone that suffers from binge eating disorder and compulsive overeating. I find it hard to stay on what I know is right for me especially when people start telling me how I am looking good or doing great. Because somewhere deep down I feel I do not deserve to have the good. Your story help me to realize I am not alone. You have helped me get out of bed many a morning and come to boot camp and this will just help me say no to those voices that tell me one bite will be alright. It is about trusting the process and when I try to take control that is when I find myself in trouble.
