I'm sorry but I haven't been following your blog closely and have couple of questions: 1. Is she on juice only? 2. If so, where is she getting her fat or protein from?
To me she looks too thin, there is no muscle definition at all. Is that the point?

Hi Angelika -Yes, she was juicing a combination of either FRESH raw fruit or vegetable juices which supplies all the enzymes, vitamins, minerals, protein, and fats critical for increased vitality! -Now that the stored fat is off of her frame, the muscle definition will show more over the next few wks from her fitness regime. p.s. I am about to do a post to help others understand the facts and myths of protein. p.s.s. Thanks for your great questions!
-I will be compiling a list of the top 10 books on juice fasting, but in the meantime 2 of my favorites are Toxic Relief and Fasting Made Easy, both by Don Colbert,MD. - I would not suggest that anyone do a fast over 10 days without doing a 30-day Raw detox 1st.
