Do Not Obsess Over Food


You want to enjoy food and eating. You want to look forward to grocery shopping, preparation and anticipation of the pleasures of eating. There is such a sense of peace and well-being automatically attached to healthy eating. Unfortunately, when you eat junk, you are always on an emotional roller coaster. You feel regret and are always having mental battles and feelings of failure. Let's take a look at animals for a second. A cow, bird or horses eat for fuel. They enjoy their meals and they eat what was naturally made for them to eat. You would never see a bird that eats junk and is overweight, stressing about it and has to walk because it can no longer fly.

    I have a question about water intake, should it be cold or room temperature? Also should you drink with meals? Thank you for all you do.

  2. Oh my I could do a whole blog post on this, but I will give a condensed answer. Actually drinking adequate water daily should be the 1st and main goal. There are a few benefits to hot, warm and cold water.
    -Do only sip warm water during eating.
    -Do drink cold water during and after fitness.
    -After the above 2 it can be about preference. I prefer room temperature at all other times.
