Reid~Raw Food Chef

I was excited to FINALLY meet Reid bcs I thought he was part of an urban legend lol. So many people told me of a raw food chef that made awesome raw meals and I thought he was made up. Anyway, 2 things really impressed me with his meals:1.The presentation 2.The taste (raw food does not have to taste like dirt). It really caused me to want to get a little more creative with my raw sometimes (I will shoot for gourmet style on the weekends). My "Make it Plain" Definitions: Raw Foodist: Consumes 100% Raw fruit,vegetables and Nuts (In a nutshell, yes I said 0% Cooked) High Raw: Consumes 80% or more Raw Raw Conscious: Consumes 50% or more Raw
