Please,Please, No Bulky Popeye Legs!

Ways to ensure that you have the longest, leanest legs possible:
1.Food: Do not skip meals or eat lots of high caloric meals. Eat PLENTY of produce.
2.Fitness: You want to have a variety of cardio(to burn calories) and strength training(to tone and tighten).
3.Stretching: Stretch before, (a few times during) and after working out to elongate the muscle. You can also do yoga on the weekends to intensify the stretches if you are prone to bulk more.
Reminder: Genetics play a role in shape but the above ensures the leanest look you can attain.

  1. Oooh, one my of problem areas. I have Popeye legs that I love and hate. Love cause they are strong and muscular, but I hate that I can't fit into certain clothing styles. Thanks for the tips!
